As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Triesen. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a positive dining experience and that our business is profitable. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders to maintain high-quality food and service standards. Your duties will include managing inventory and budgets, hiring and training staff, creating schedules, enforcing health and safety regulations, and resolving any customer complaints.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team. Additionally, knowledge of food safety regulations and financial management is crucial for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service quality, inventory management, budgeting, and staffing.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Create work schedules for all employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and employees effectively.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
