Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, delicious meals to our customers. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating an efficient and positive work environment. Your creativity and passion for food will be showcased in developing new menu items and constantly improving our culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Create menus that are innovative, seasonal, and appealing to our diverse customer base
- Train, mentor, and supervise chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor food inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost control
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or catering services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance the menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Proficient in various cooking techniques with a strong knowledge of international cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Creative mindset with a passion for constantly improving menu offerings
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Triesen
