Office Assistant - Triesen, Liechtenstein
As an Office Assistant in our Triesen office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic accounting duties. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A high level of organizational skills is also required to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
