Job Title: Merchandiser - Retail Associate



As a Merchandiser - Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our retail store in Triesen. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a contract job with free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked
- Conducting inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels at all times
- Collaborating with the buying team to select new products and plan promotions based on customer demand
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Participating in store events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or merchandising is a plus
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser, Retail Associate or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques, inventory management, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
