Job Title: Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact measurements and boundaries of land, as well as providing accurate data for construction projects. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in surveying techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Interpreting survey data and creating maps, plans, and reports
- Analyzing legal documents and land records to determine property boundaries
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project plans
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Identifying potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and finding solutions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read legal documents and interpret land records accurately
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month
