Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Specialist



Our expanding property management company is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building maintenance. As the Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and in good condition for our tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of properties to identify any repair or maintenance needs
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general handyman duties
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work completed
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repair projects
- Ensure that all properties are up to code and meet safety standards
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools and supplies for repair work
- Communicate effectively with tenants to schedule repairs and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills with both tenants and other team members
- Biometric passport required (if not already a resident)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Must be available for on-call emergency repairs on evenings or weekends when necessary

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience), with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided by the company if the candidate does not have their own housing in Triesen.
