Contract Administrator - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the contract process, from initial drafting to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive contract files for all company projects
- Review and analyze contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of contract negotiations
- Communicate with clients regarding contract terms and any necessary revisions
- Track contract deadlines and ensure timely renewal or termination as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and industry standards related to contracts
- Prepare reports on contract progress and any potential issues or risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
Compensation:
This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
