Office Manager

The role of Office Manager is a vital one in our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. As an Office Manager, you will be expected to handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, while also managing staff and maintaining office systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Oversee the work of other office staff, providing guidance and support when needed
- Maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and maintain records relating to budget, expenses, inventory, etc.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and services
- Plan and organize meetings, events, and conferences
- Assist with basic HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Triesen.

Contract type: This is a contract job with the possibility for extension based on performance.
