Position: Concierge (Entry-Level)
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein
Salary: $1400 per month
Work hours: Full-time

Our luxury hotel in Triesen is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area
- Assist with luggage handling as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
