IT Manager


We are in search of an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology operations of our company. Your main duties will include managing the IT department, developing and implementing IT strategies, supervising IT staff, and ensuring the security and functionality of our systems.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management
- Proficient in network administration and security protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and resource management

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee all IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware/software maintenance, and user support
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and training when needed
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Collaborate with other departments to determine their technology needs and provide necessary solutions
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions for our company's IT infrastructure
- Manage the budget for IT expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for a candidate who can join us immediately. Candidates with a biometric passport will be given preference.
