We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Information Technology Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our company, ensuring its security and efficiency. You will also be in charge of managing a team of IT professionals and providing technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all systems by implementing necessary protocols and procedures
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and software development
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments
