Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Communicate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Balzers, but we are open to candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate. Accommodation can be provided if necessary.
