Junior Computer Support Specialist
The Junior Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This individual will work closely with the senior support team to assist with client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Document client inquiries and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Collaborate with the senior support team to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Create user guides and training materials for clients
- Assist with setting up new hardware and software systems for clients
- Test new software releases before deployment to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (own visa required)
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
