IT Support Specialist


We are currently hiring for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Balzers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices and systems, and maintaining network security.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer systems and technology, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without previous experience who possess the necessary skills and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Install new software applications or updates as needed
- Set up new devices such as computers, phones, tablets, etc.
- Assist with network maintenance and security tasks
- Communicate complex technical information in simple terms for non-technical users
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including hardware, software, networking, and security
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
