Senior Level Developer

A growing tech company in Balzers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation in Balzers. We strongly encourage women to apply for this role.

As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team and driving the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database design and management
- Proficient understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in creating high-quality software solutions
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timeline and deliverables
- Design, develop, test and deploy software applications according to client requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Mentor junior developers on technical skills
