We are seeking a driven and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop project plans and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international setting
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Biometric passport
- Comfortable working in a male-dominated industry
