Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team
- Communicate with upper management on team progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary support for their development

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations by all team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Team Lead or Supervisor
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve business goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
