As a Teamlead in Balzers, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Your main duties will include supervising team members, providing direction and guidance, and ensuring quality and efficiency in all team activities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Provide direction, guidance and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure that all team activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Communicate with upper management on departmental progress, challenges, and recommendations

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Balzers, Liechtenstein

Salary:
$1500 per month
