We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Balzers. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our company's databases, ensuring their performance, integrity, and security. You will work closely with the IT team to design and implement database solutions that meet the company's needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain databases according to company requirements
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with IT team to develop database solutions that support business operations
- Implement data models and database designs
- Conduct regular maintenance activities such as software upgrades and data migration
- Provide technical support to end-users for database related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Good understanding of data integrity, backup, and recovery concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
