QA Tester

We are hiring a skilled QA Tester to join our growing team in Balzers. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications and systems to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to identify and report bugs and issues, as well as propose solutions for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Test software applications and systems for functionality, performance, reliability, security, and usability
- Develop test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation
- Execute manual and automated tests on various platforms
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation
- Experience with manual and automated testing on different platforms (web, mobile)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
