Junior Software Tester


We are currently hiring a Junior Software Tester to join our growing team in Balzers. As a Junior Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software products and identifying any bugs or issues before they are released to the market. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our software meets high quality standards and user requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has a strong attention to detail. No prior experience is required, but candidates should have a basic understanding of software development processes and be willing to learn new skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test software products and document any bugs or issues found
- Collaborate with the development team to identify solutions for identified issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified bugs have been resolved
- Create test cases and execute them to ensure full coverage of all features
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential areas of improvement
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and create test plans accordingly
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures for more efficient and effective results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA is a plus
- Prior experience in software testing is not required but considered an asset

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Balzers, Liechtenstein.

Note: This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have the necessary visas/permits to work in Liechtenstein.
