Online Consultant (Contract)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients through various online channels. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and personalized experience for each client.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide product recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Build rapport with clients to establish long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work remotely with own visa or have permission to work in Balzers

Salary: $1600/month (with accommodation)
