Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all users
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to appropriate teams

- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in moderation or customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with biometric passports is preferred but not required

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
