Moderator for Online Community in Balzers



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced moderator to join our growing online community in Balzers. As the moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our users, while ensuring that all content posted meets our community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it meets community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Foster positive relationships with community members and encourage active participation
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the community
- Create engaging content to promote discussions and increase user engagement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for growing the community

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a moderator or community manager
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation tools (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
- Knowledge of online community management best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional tone while interacting with users
- Experience working with diverse communities is preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1100 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
