Facade Maintenance Technician

We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of building facades to ensure they remain safe, attractive, and functional. Your expertise in facade maintenance will contribute to the overall safety and aesthetics of our city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on building facades including cleaning, painting, and sealing
- Repair any damaged areas on facades to prevent further deterioration
- Identify potential issues with facades and develop solutions for repair or improvement
- Install new facade materials as needed for renovations or updates
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; vocational training in facade maintenance preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade maintenance or related field
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong understanding of facade materials, tools, and techniques for repair and installation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and operate equipment such as scaffolding or power tools
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become major problems

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.
