Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects in Balzers. Your main duties will include conceptualizing, developing, and presenting design proposals to clients. You will also collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts that align with client needs and project requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
