Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet all safety and building code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop detailed design plans using CAD software
- Create 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the final design
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or technical constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards related to commercial constructions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
