Student Commercial Architect

As a Student Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our experienced team to support the design and development of commercial buildings. You will be responsible for tasks such as drafting plans, creating 3D models, conducting research on materials and building codes, and assisting with project management. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented student who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed plans for commercial buildings
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
- Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with contractors, and tracking progress
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Attend site visits and meetings as needed to gain practical experience

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (open to remote work for students studying abroad)
