As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on creating functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with the client's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop preliminary design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed blueprints and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless coordination
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
