As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures in Balzers, Liechtenstein. This full-time position requires a high level of experience in the field of commercial architecture and a biometric passport is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their vision and requirements for commercial projects.
- Create detailed blueprints and designs for various types of commercial buildings.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Research new materials and technologies to incorporate into designs.
- Stay updated on local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture.
- Strong technical expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Biometric passport preferred.
