Industrial Architect
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein



We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and specifications, developing design concepts, creating detailed plans and drawings, and coordinating with contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure that project timelines are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations related to industrial construction projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to candidates without previous experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
