Job Title: Part-Time Industrial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Balzers. Our company specializes in designing and constructing industrial buildings and facilities for clients in various industries.

As a part-time Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team to create innovative and functional designs for our clients. This includes conducting site visits, gathering client requirements, creating detailed plans and drawings, and overseeing the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings/facilities
- Conduct site visits to gather information about the location, terrain, and surrounding area
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes/regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month based on a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. We offer a flexible working schedule that can be negotiated based on your availability.

Location:
This position is located in Balzers but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in the country.
