Architecture Project Manager



Our growing architectural firm in Balzers is seeking a highly motivated and organized Architecture Project Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and contracts
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architecture, preferably as a project manager
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport required for international travel

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. While experience is preferred, we are open to hiring candidates without prior experience if they possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Accommodation is not provided for this role.
