Senior Architect - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Supervise and guide junior architects throughout the project
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Participate in project meetings with clients to address any concerns or changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Mentor junior staff members by providing guidance and feedback on their work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
