Machine Operator

We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Balzers. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in order to produce high-quality products. This role is suitable for men with or without experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of machines according to instructions
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts produced by machines to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Keep accurate records of production data
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their operation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Available to work flexible shifts if needed
