Truck Driver Supervisor



As a Truck Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck drivers in Balzers. You will ensure that all deliveries are made on time and safely, while managing a team of skilled drivers. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our transportation division.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of truck drivers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Monitor driver performance, including adherence to traffic laws and company policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections of trucks and equipment
- Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers or customers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, expenses, and driver schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall transportation processes
- Train new drivers on company policies, procedures, and safe driving practices

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a truck driver or in a similar supervisory role
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and trucking laws
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and other departments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work full time with flexible hours
- Must be willing to live on-site at company-provided accommodation
