Executive Chef - Balzers, Liechtenstein
A luxury hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and guest preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high quality standards are consistently met
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory and control food costs to meet budget targets
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Balzers, Liechtenstein
