Head Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Balzers


We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our fine dining restaurant in Balzers. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a menu that showcases the best of local and seasonal ingredients, while also incorporating international influences. You must have a passion for culinary innovation and an eye for detail, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and train our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our discerning clientele
- Source high-quality ingredients from local vendors and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, food trends, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with opportunities for growth within our company. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
