Construction Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Balzers, located in the beautiful country of Liechtenstein. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to overseeing construction activities and ensuring quality control. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects in Balzers or surrounding areas
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Liechtenstein
- Fluency in German is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
