Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Balzers. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction management who is looking for a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. Additionally, accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
