Contract Office Assistant in Balzers
We are hiring a contract office assistant to join our team in Balzers. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Keep track of employee attendance records and vacation requests
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
