Office Assistant - Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are in search of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate with other departments and external parties to schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with payroll and invoicing tasks
- Keep track of employee attendance records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
Salary: 1100$ per month
This position is open to all nationalities. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Liechtenstein.
