Office Assistant
We are in search of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and issuing invoices
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Keep track of office inventory and equipment maintenance
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
