Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant in Balzers seeking a hardworking and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Enter orders into the POS system and deliver them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks to guests while adhering to proper serving etiquette
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. As this is a full-time position, flexibility in working hours is required.
