Entry-Level Baker


We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker in Balzers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the head baker with daily tasks such as preparing dough, baking bread and pastries, and decorating cakes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Ensuring all products are made to company standards and quality control guidelines
- Following recipes accurately and consistently
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- No prior experience in baking is required, but a passion for the profession is a must
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as needed
