We are in need of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks
- Maintain heating and cooling systems
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Ensure all safety measures are followed at all times
- Keep accurate records of work done and materials used
- Communicate with property managers or owners to address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle various tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid driver's license

This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
