Office Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein

We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Balzers. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and external partners. Your main duties will include maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and events, managing schedules and calendars, and overseeing the work of support staff.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative position. A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
