Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Balzers, Contract Position



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Balzers. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target potential corporate clients in various industries
- Build relationships with travel agencies and negotiate contracts
- Manage online platforms and optimize pricing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Develop promotional packages and special offers to attract new customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met during their stay
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data
- Familiarity with online booking systems and revenue management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Balzers. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
