Hotel Sales Manager (Balzers)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role or within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the hospitality industry
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
1500$ per month (without accommodation)
