Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and cold-calling
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Create attractive sales packages to entice clients and increase bookings
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the brand
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
